The LifeNet Health Foundation's 2024 Race for Hope 5k/1 mile is set for Saturday, October 5, 2024. This fundraising event supports the Foundation in expanding awareness of the critical importance of organ and tissue donation. Started in 2016, the Race (formerly Share the Love) takes place at LifeNet Health's global headquarters in Virginia Beach and the neighboring Tidewater Community College campus.   

We also offer a virtual option, allowing participants from around the world to join in the fundraising and fun. Virtual participants can complete the distance anytime during the weekend of October 5 without being timed. Please refer to your registration confirmation email for more details.  

Your registration, participation, and contributions to Race for Hope supports the Foundation's essential programs. These include donor-family activities, community education programs related to organ and tissue donation, and research and development initiatives.
